How the set trend is measured: only real recorded PSA sales count — never estimates. For each card that sold in the period and also sold in the period before it, we compare its typical price in the two periods; the set figure is the middle of those per-card changes, so one unusual auction cannot swing it. A dash means fewer than 3 cards sold in both periods. Sales counts, dollar volume and the median sale use the same clean sales. “Value backed by real sales” is the share of this set’s total guide value that rests on each card’s own recorded sales rather than an estimate. “Change” is this card’s typical price in the chosen window against its typical price in the window before that — the very figures the set number above is the middle of. “Last sale” and “sale before it” are that card’s own two most recent recorded sales (we keep two years), and “last vs prior” compares those two prices. A dash means the card did not sell in both periods; we never fill one in. Real recorded sales only — no estimates.
