How deals work here

GPK Price Guide is not a party to any sale or trade, never holds money or cards, and cannot refund. Settle directly; we recommend PayPal Goods & Services.

1. Offer. Make an offer on a card listed for sale, an offer on a Garbage Offers sheet, or propose a trade (cards on both sides, plus cash either way). Every line shows the card's guide value from real sales, frozen when you send it.
2. Answer. The other collector accepts, declines or counters. Offers expire after 24 hours, 3 days or 7 days (the sender picks).
3. Accepted. Both of you see each other's deal contact and the agreed terms, on the deal page and by email. The cards are taken off the market.
4. Settle. The buyer pays with PayPal Goods & Services; the seller ships within 3 days with tracking. In a trade both ship within 3 days; if one side is a newer member and the trade is over $500 of guide value, the newer member ships first.
5. Done. Each side presses Done when their side arrived. A deal completes when both do, or by itself 21 days after acceptance if one side pressed Done and nobody opened a dispute. One tap then updates your Dumpster.
6. Feedback. Leave positive, neutral or negative feedback (a negative needs a reason). It shows on both profiles as counts in words, never a score. You can change yours for 24 hours and reply once to feedback you get.

Stay safe

• Pay and get paid with PayPal Goods & Services. It protects the buyer.
• Never use Friends & Family, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, wire transfers, crypto or gift cards with someone you don't know. Messages that ask for them get a warning.
• Ask for a photo of the card next to a note with their @handle and today's date.
• Check how long they've been a member, their completed deals and their feedback.
• We will never ask for your password or for payment.

Newer members

Until an account is 7 days old and has one completed deal it can have 3 open offers at a time and send 20 messages a day, and links in its messages show as plain text. Messages from a profile page open up after 14 days and one completed deal; before that, message about a listing, a match or a deal.

Listing cards

• Only list cards you own and have in hand.
• Describe condition honestly. Raw cards: say if there are creases, soft corners, print lines or off-centering.
• No fakes, no reprints or customs sold as originals, no re-holdered or tampered slabs.
• A cert number must belong to the card you list.

Talking to people

• No harassment, hate, threats or spam.
• Keep contact details out of your profile and feedback; your deal contact is shared only with the other side of a deal you both accepted.
• You must be 18 or older to buy, sell or trade.

When something goes wrong

Open a dispute on the deal page if a deal goes bad: a moderator looks at the deal and its messages. Report a listing, profile, message, sheet or feedback, and block anyone you don't want to hear from (neither of you can then send offers or messages, and you are never matched).

Accounts that break these rules can be warned, limited for 7 days, suspended or removed, and their listings taken down. When three established members report the same thing it is hidden until a moderator looks.
